MY PHILOSOPHY is that people genuinely
want to be happy and to have healthy relationships, but find
there are times in life when something just "isn't working".
Through the process of therapy, my aim is to learn what is
causing you pain, identify changes you'd like to make in your
life, and help you work towards achieving these changes.
Improving communication with others, learning better
coping strategies, and limiting stress and anxiety are all
cornerstones of my approach, but are always tailored to you as
an individual. If change sounds somewhat scary to you, be
assured that we will work at your pace. Therapy is a
collaborative effort. Together, we will find ways to use your
inherent strengths to help you address what isn't working in
